How it works
Show good parts
QA turns defect-free parts in front of the camera until the surface is fully captured. Teaching takes under 15 minutes.
Set the sensitivity
With a few bad parts you define what still passes and what does not. The setting can be changed at any time.
Inspect and Document
The operator turns the part in their hand until every area of the surface has been analysed. OK or NOK appears, depending on whether the stored inspection plan or standard is met or violated.
